Return and refund policy
We offer a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in its original condition, with tags and packaging, and you must provide proof of purchase.
To start a return, please contact us at info@glentore.com. If your return is accepted, we will provide instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.
Please note: customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.
Damages & Issues
Please inspect your order upon arrival and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval status. Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days.
